Join us at Mehrgan Library on Thursday, August 8th for an afternoon of story reading and discussion with fellow members of the Iranian Seniors Community of Montreal. Date: Thursday, August 8th Book: My Mother's DreamMy Mother's Dream is a short story by Canadian author Alice Munro. It was first published in The New Yorker in 1998 and was later collected in Munro's 1998 book, The Love of a Good Woman. The story is narrated by an unnamed adult woman who reflects on her relationship with her mother, Jill, when the narrator was a squalling infant.
